Unable to Select Province and Country in Account Settings

Hello Poll Pay Support,

I am having an issue with my Account Settings. I cannot select or change the Province and Country fields because they are not clickable. The Country field currently shows “Unknown”.

I already provided my profile information during registration, but these fields cannot be selected or updated in my Account Settings.

Could you please help me fix this issue so I can complete my profile information?

I have attached a screenshot showing the problem.
