Pollen Mobile Honeybee User Reviews

Terrible company, rugpull project

Don’t ever trust Pollen with your money, they don’t know how to run a business and will screw over their community at the drop of a hat

Really great technology and app

The app is great but the technology they are using behind it is a no brainer if you are privacy oriented.
Highly recommended.
App has worked flawlessly for me so far.

UI and pollen

Been a user since early beta and have been through different phases of the app, report bug, enhancements and so.

It could be hassle to get used to it but you have one rewarding missing, reach daily 100 for your reward and close app if you don’t want to contribute network, save battery etc.

Onto app, it is quite nice to see hex progress and where you are, would love CarPlay integration but not a big deal once you know hex boundaries of places you care. Initially was using a website to see hex and now it is within app. Best enhancement we had.

Background app sync, I don’t think rewarding should be easy. It is not that they don’t care about user feedback, never committed to doing it. It is good as is. It is a system that rewards its users for engagement. Also, there is limited resources for background apps, so keep it on screen, finish daily target and be done, nothing to beg about.

I would prefer to have keep screen on feature if not already. Disabled the auto turn off, and sometimes drains battery if I forget to manually close. Not convenient to switch on/off.

Keep up the good work!!

App has zero thought for UX

The developers of this app have ignored users during their entire beta period. It does not run in the background, it does not offer an option to keep the screen on.. so anyone who wants to map has to go disable their screen timeout every single time they use the app.

Clicking on a hex is always a gamble on whether or not it will actually load. Can you please just provide clickable links to the explorer when viewing a hex?

Sloppy mess for the app that is currently the most user-facing product of this entire project
