App is not working
I’m paid up, but lesson sections on the app do not open. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but no joy. I liked it when it worked and paid for it. But now it is useless to me. I didn’t use for a few weeks and when I tried to check a point of grammar I was locked out. The website generates a canned response and does not function properly. I’ve tried from different email addresses to reset my password, thinking that might help, but the app is in a loop and will not function properly. My annual fee was paid in October 2024, and I will not renew.

Quando você compra a versão paga eles simplesmente não liberam e você não tem como se comunicar com eles.

I purchased the subscription because I was enjoying the free lessons, that was a couple weeks ago. The company takes your money but does not process the transaction. No response from support, no success when logging in and out, and no way to get my money back.

It's a scam, I paid for the pass and it didn't give me access to anything. They also don't give you a refund even though that they did not provided you with the service you asked for.

Não consigo acessar aulas após ter feito assinatura. Login não entra, de forma nenhuma.

Realizei o pagamento para ter acesso completo as aulas e não foi liberado. Agora nem login consigo mais fazer.

Ne fonctionne pas

Après avoir acheté le Passeport poly, l’application ne fonctionne pas, les cours ne sont pas débloqués et lorsque j’essaie de restaurer mes achats ça ne fonctionne pas. Je me suis déconnecté puis connecté de nouveau toujours pas la possibilité d’utiliser mon achat. Pouvez-vous résoudre ce problème ?

Stay away. Big fraud. You buy the subscription, they do not upgrade you to premium version and you do not get your money back. Not from them and not from Apple. SHAME ON YOU, APPLE. And shame on this fraudulent bunch. I have paid for the Hebrew version and later for the combined languages version. That money is gone forever.
