So tired of being let down by this app!
I’ve been a loyal customer for 30+ years. This app is horrible and just causes more stress than anything else. You wait and wait for a item to be released and when you’re lucky enough to beat the resellers to it, you get all excited only to be sent a message saying your order has been cancelled.
Stop Scalpers
On going issue I thought for sure they’d stop. BOTS and buyers that clean out inventory on popular size XXL’s on Limited Editions and APP exclusives. One Per Customer ! I’m tired of seeing all the XXL’s (in let’s say the yellow 5 horseman rugby just released) for $198 SOLD as soon as offered. Then seeing it on eBay by the same dealers over and over with 6 size XXL’s for $399 each. STOP the greed and selfish behavior.

Very bad
Changed the app for no reason so your forced to buy another app. Overly complicated for no reason. By the time you want to order you have to go threw loops just lost money because apple don’t give you unlimited storage to keep downloading stuff. One app multi layered who ever designed this app needs not to hired or employed at all 🤢🤮👎

Notification not working
I have notifications turned on and the app is still telling me to turn on notification on my device when clicking on “notify me” for the exclusive items. Please fix this problem.

Unnecessarily difficult to navigate. Frequently promoting items which are not available. Pronounced drops thinking of Howard recently were virtually every unit in every size has been sold by 9 o’clock Pacific time a.m.
Maximus MoLo
I just love some of the pieces that polo releases I remember being a young kid admiring the multicolored striped polo shirts. And that little man on the horse gave me a feeling of power when i arrived at school decked out in my polo shirt with my fresh kicks. Later moving on to explore the different avenues ruby was my favorite in high school as well as today fashion has alway been a major part in my life with polo riding shot gun holding me down as one of the best dressed around my town salute to Polo Maximus MoLo aka WilkersondaWelder Out!!!

Limited edition drops
good luck ever getting anything they claim you can buy on the app. whenever anything limited edition drops, all their workers get the items instead of you.. ur app bugs and doesnt let you add any billin/shippin information. completet denys you the right to the items on their page. completely disappointed in the productivity of this app and their customer service 👎🏼

Great app in general but the notifications don’t work. They just give an error to enable notifications on the device. Which they are…
This app is the worst app ever
I try to click on stuff to order and add to cart But every time I look at my card nothing is in it and tells me to go shopping. Then if I finally do get it into my car checking out is impossible I have to do it 1 million times, And then if I even get one order through I want to getting our email a week later telling me that my order has been canceled.

Exclusive Access is a joke..
No real chance at getting anything that might have a larger demand. App crashed on me for 30 minutes before it came to and told me the item was out of stock. Polo managed to forget how to deal with online releases not a surprise.
Olympics and Paralympics! Go Team USA!
I love this jacket and it hasn’t even arrived yet. Love that it’s made in the U.S. with cotton grown in the U.S. Love that it supports the Olympics and the Paralympics and it’s from a top brand like Ralph Lauren!

Weird
This app works when it wants. It malfunctions time and time again. Love the clothes and the brand is my all time favorite. But the app doesn’t match the Polo Quality
Timeless Elegance
There’s a reason why Ralph Lauren is known throughout the world. It’s for consistent style, not fashion. Fashion changes every year, as it should. Polo is style... about how you feel about yourself, and how you want to be regarded...as you should.
This app has great stuff but never works
It’s about a 50/50 shot that I ever get to actually look at the app and that’s being generous. Any time I ever try to log in I get “server error” and then I’ll try again and I’m already logged in. No rhyme or reason. I love RL and I love the content on this app but it needs to be fixed.
Slow To Load
This app on multiple devices struggle with loading on every connection type. ( Even on iPhone 12 pro max ) Has to be optimized a lot better. Sometimes I think this app is just crashing at times without warning.
Great clothing I love it
Great clothing I’ve been shopping polo since I was very young back in middle school. Always liked the different designs to choose from. And still to this day I still shop polo happy holidays to everyone at Polo thanks 🥳🙏
Password is acting up
I downloaded this app since I love polo and I did everything to sign up and all of the sudden I click join now and it always says password requires list and I did everything change my password multiple times and still keeps coming up with a notice they need to fix this so I could make an account already.
