I’m a 17 year old barber been using this app pass 8 months been great so far really mange everthing you need it to do
No new clients in at least a year
Where are the new clients, I was paying more for the app than I was making in haircuts.

Please stop spamming customers
I understand you guys need to make money somehow with ads/promotions, but over half of my clients have notifications turned off because of the unnecessary notifications about “gift card promotions” or stuff like that. When I send out blasts to reach my clients they don’t get them because of this. Honestly this app could be 5/5, but their own greed will prevent your clients from having notifications turned on.
Also I don’t care if I’m prequalified for up to $4,700. Please let me “x” out of that promotion on my home page.
In a nutshell, used the app for 2+ years, it’s great to get bookings, but the developers need to meet a bottom line will be the inevitable downfall of it. We don’t want business loans/gift card promos. The 95¢ fee to clients, the % you charge per transaction, and the $25 monthly charge should be enough to run your operation.
I’ll continue to use this, but just come constructive criticism from a loyal customer
Update: Was a 2 star review, now it's down to 1. Service fee was 95¢ which was whatever, the increase to $1.95 coincidened with 0% fees on instant withdrawal. The 0% fees ended but the service fee is $1.95 still. How greedy can you guys really be? This is why I encourage everyone to pay cash and just text me to book appointments.
The greed of this app in unreal. Is $25/month, a service fee charged to customers, a percentage of each transaction before we get money, and then another 1.5% to get your money same day enough for you guys? Or will you hit me with a $15 service fee for leaving this review?
I also love that you responded to a bunch of reviews and convenient skipped over this one. You guys act like booksy doesn't exist 😂
