I am deeply disappointed with theCut app. I received a single haircut, and the barber manually created an unauthorized duplicate booking and cashed me out twice. When I reached out to the app's support team, their communication was incredibly subpar and they refused to fix the administrative error immediately.On top of that, the app has a predatory policy where it refuses to let clients remove or delete their payment card information from their account menu. They essentially hold your financial details hostage even when a merchant is actively pushing fraudulent charges through. I’ve had to go directly to my bank to handle this. Do not trust this platform with your debit or credit card. Security Risk and Unauthorized Charges is what this app presents.

Man plz undo this update and put the app back to like it was before, or roll out with a different update. Before it was simple, sleek and straight to the point. Now you have taken something simple and made it over complicated for no reason.
App Shuts Down Randomly
I rely on the app for appointments but sometimes when I open and check my schedule it randomly signs me out and doesn’t load. My clients also rely on the app to book appointments but can’t because the app randomly shuts down. How is the app going to charge me just for it not to work ? Has happened more than once and am getting tired of it.

Horrible Navigation
Signs me out of my account whenever it feels like it, takes 10 minutes to sign back in. Not very helpful when I’m trying to schedule or communicate with my barber at any point in time.
On the decline
Ever since the $5 subscription increase this app has been on the constant decline. The app is always crashing, always showing errors and constantly logging me out. It’s Friday and I can’t even see what my schedule looks like due to the app just showing a black screen. Only reason I haven’t moved apps prior to this is because I have over 100+ five star reviews. As a barber who’s been using this app for over 3 years it’s time to find something new

Great idea, horrible flaws
This app has actually cost me a fair bit of money and time. Every client complains about it, and probably every other time I go to make adjustments to my schedule, they save, and then revert a few days later. I don’t know how this app has such high ratings, but every barber I know has the same problems.

This app is very inconsistent! P find another booking if you are not good technically! You will never be able to talk to anyone about issues that you’re having! They get money from everyone that books an appointment with you! They also charge you daily and monthly! Depending on how they feel ! I have unaccounted money ! And a lot of questions!!! PLEASE DON’T WORRY AND DON’T SIGN UP THEY DON’T DO GOOD WITH PAYING OR TALKING TO YOU AFTER YOUR MONEY GONE!!

Very disappointing experience with the Cut app. My payment privileges were shut off due to an alleged fraud issue, but there was no investigation or meaningful opportunity given to me to explain or resolve the situation.
If an account is going to be restricted over something as serious as suspected fraud, there should at least be a proper review process and clear communication with the customer. Instead, I was essentially left without a fair explanation or resolution.
I expected much better customer service and transparency. I would strongly recommend improving the fraud-review process and giving customers an opportunity to address issues before their payment privileges are taken away.
