The app is great. My only problem with it is the efficiency of the app promoting your profile to new clients and you having control of that. Booksy has a feature called “boosts” that you pay for but it drives your profile to the top of the list for a fee. But in the end I’m positive more barbers would love this feature if the cut app had it!

What impressed me even more, however, was the integrity and professionalism of their support team. I recently had to dispute a review, and the way they handled the situation was fair, thorough, and completely professional. They took the time to investigate the facts, hear both sides, and make a decision based on the evidence rather than simply taking one side.
It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely stands behind the truth and treats its barbers fairly. No unnecessary runaround, no bias, and no jumping to conclusions.
