Terrible app. Terrible customer service.

Not worth the money. Duolingo is better for language learning. This app is a ripoff. The book was “meh.” Worse part is they took more money a few days ago and not there is no response. No refund. No information in the app.

Scam

I signed up after seeing an online ad and never used the ebook. They said they would said a hard copy of the workbook and never did. They have since billed me an additional two times and refuse answering emails. Avoid.

Stay away!

It’s a terrible product with terrible service - If you were intrigued by the “personalized workbook” ad, don’t fall for it! It’s not and they won’t cancel or refund.

Do not buy

This app is poor quality and does not live up to the vendors advertisements. I tried to cancel the subscription and be refunded but they said it was non refundable. I am in dispute with them now as they insist on charging me for something that is only deserving of being flushed down the toilet. If you get my drift.

Worthless

The app is terrible. All it allows you to do is repeat basic phrases with no feedback or context. The book (additional cost) is just a basic language book & there are many better options. The app & the book do not work together in any way. The app also doesn’t disclose that they will auto bill you; it says one time payment but really it’s a subscription.

Scan and absolutely useless

I get the bundle for more than $60, expecting the paper book, plus e-version and the app access. The app is silly AI that doesn’t bother to adjust for your level or skills and basically agrees on everything you say. As of the book, I never revived a paper copy, reached out twice to the support and eventually they refunded me $20 for paper copy as it was insufficient address. And of course, because in the payment process they never ask you for your address, and then you have to try to get to them to get it shipped somewhere. I have the tracking number that I asked for, but it seems as bs, especially based on other comments. Now I wasted $40 for nothing and cant even find the way how to cancel subscription for this stupid app.
For the e-version of the book: it’s not build good at all, it gives you a bunch of random information, not enough practice but you have your name on the cover.
Please don’t waste your money here!

Worst experience

Scam of a company. Only has a Spanish language program and a sham of one at that. Gives you a run around in the resolution center at PayPal. Wholly unscrupulous business practices not to be surprised. There is no physical book. Don’t be bothered. They never ask you for your address. Every single thing about them is fake fake fake. Go elsewhere. They spent all their scam earned money false advertising.

App is defective

I purchased a package that included the app for Italian and when I click on start to learn well, it gives me a question in Italian. It asked me to practice the response, but it’s in Spanish. This needs to be corrected. It’s not a wonder. There’s only a 2.7 rating. There’s no way to contact them by calling you have to email them and you won’t get a response for at least another day. My package included a hard cover custom book yet nowhere did it ask for an address. There’s got to be something better out there.

Awful system

I saw a lot of reviews for this system. Thinking it would come with a paperback book and app to learn Spanish. I didn’t get the book and only had access to online AI system. No matter what you answer it says you are correct in the questions. The AI speaks fast Spanish in the lesson and you can’t keep up. I wasted $40 of my money. I hate this app and system.

I heard about Polyglia from an ad on Instagram a few months ago and was instantly interested. Signed up for the workbook but never received it, or instructions for accessing it. To date they’ve charged my PayPal $136.97. I have requested a refund.
