Genuinely placed a 6 leg parlay with a 6x multi, after I placed it the multi moved to 1.3 x istg, support hasn’t responded in weeks of multiple emails.
Attempt to withdraw
I attempted to withdraw in time when I wanted but kept getting a error code. Before i knew it I lost all of my money. This is not what I expected as a betting service to happen
Customer representative
Customer representative is never helpful. All they say is they will pass the problem to right team and they will contact you. However, they never contacts you. They don’t care about your problem.
Bad
So first they don’t let you take out the money u played with only the profit kalshi doesn’t do that and also takes 4 days for withdrawal
Hacked Account and Polymarket Support Never Responded
Be careful with this app. Had my account for about 4 months or so with no issues until my account was compromised. I never got a notification about it and 250$ were spent on my account without my authorization. Despite this polymarket never responded to my email or the ticket I made through the app. The customer support is horrific and the security on the app itself is unbelievably outdated, especially for an app that takes your money.
