Don’t Bet Real Money on Here

Changed from 3 stars to 5 so everyone can see it. If you sort the reviews by “most critical” you’ll see how many recent reviews are saying the same thing.

App is clean, straightforward, easy to use. But it seems like every week there’s an outage, the market crashes, or you can’t cash out. I don’t make big bets. I do it just for fun, but when you’re losing 10-15 bucks a week because the app doesn’t work properly then it just isn’t fun anymore. Customer support always is saying “we’re reviewing transactions” when the app is crashing and then they can’t help me after the outage. Anyway, just be careful using the app, but I’m going to check out Kalshi instead at this point.

Kalshi Better

The app constantly crashes. There’s a 50/50 chance the app is in maintenance. Somehow the app is getting worse. I don’t get it.

Terrible support, constant crashes. Funds aren’t safe!

Your funds are NOT safe with Polymarket! The app crashes multiple times weekly, usually during events when you might want to capitalize on big swings (cashing out or buying in progress). Human support is difficult to reach, and they are only available via chat. There is no accountability, and you WILL get screwed over.

Terrible

Constantly crashes and freezes your positions. Cant withdraw until your deposit settles. Just to name a few issues

Horrible

No tiene el lenguaje de español, ademas de que todo el tiempo la app de cae los servidores son una basura

App crashed

What a coincidence that when I was trying to cash out my position it did not let me because the app had issues and it lasted a whole day to fix and lost all my position

Cost me hundreds - terribly inconsistent

This app consistently “crashes” freezing trades while I have hundreds of dollars out, so you have no control over cashing out buying etc. Genuinely wildly irresponsible for an app to withhold accountability of any sort after they cost you thousands of dollars. If you download this app be prepared to have money out and not be able to cash or buy when you want to and have your money be held hostage while their app crashed for the 50th time. When you submit a ticket expect a month of no response and for them to tell you oopsies sorry we can’t do anything about it.

Don’t fall for it.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I never would have downloaded this app. There are severe issues. Everything was great until they had a technical issue. Everything was locked. While they were resolving it I lost everything. The fact that this is even ok is a joke.

Scam

Doesn’t let you withdraw money quickly have to wait a week or so

I am tired of Polymarket’s ad

Leave me and my puzzle alone

1-Star Review — Extremely Slow Verification & Poor Support

The verification process has been extremely slow and frustrating. When I reached out to customer support for assistance, the responses were slow and the help provided was not particularly useful.

I was also told multiple times that my issue would be escalated, but those escalations never seemed to result in any meaningful progress or resolution. At this point, the repeated promises to escalate the issue feel misleading.

A verification process can take time, but customers should receive clear communication, timely responses, and actual follow-through when an issue is supposedly escalated. Unfortunately, my experience with Polymarket support has been the opposite.

Very disappointing experience. ⭐

horrible Customer Service

first the app times out during an event and doesn’t allow me to cash out then when I asked for Customer Service help I have to do it online and wait 4 to 7 days for a reply and it still doesn’t resolve the problem

Booooooo

Didnt get my free 20. If yall cheat out of promos im sure you cheat on bets eat it

Cant turn this off

What a nuisance

First Experience

Went to log in & the app is locked out. States, “Maintenance mode - We are currently performing maintenance on the platform. Please check back later.”

Who does maintenance on an app & shuts it down entirely?
It’s 2026..Isn’t this what app updates are supposed to be for?

Scam. They hold your funds for months and still not letting you withdraw

Scammer app stay away

Support nightmare

If you ever have an issue with the platform, good luck ever getting help. My deposit match has yet to arrive after a month of chatting in to “support” and getting no response from a real person. Just AI slop. Avoid at all costs, save the headache and use a reputable market like Kalshi or Robinhood.

Scam App

App worked fine for about a month then locked me out of my account telling me to verify my identity. Everything I uploaded was right, did it 4 separate times and still did not work. Support doesn’t help at all as they must have 1 person working. Can’t access my funds at all. Scam

Support is useless

Had a friend use my referral code and neither of us got the $25 bonus. Every ticket I submit is responded to by some support agent named Myles that just doesn't understand english or the Polymarket guidelines
