I started sports betting on here, without any verification. Once I started making over money, they locked my account and asked me to verify my identity. I uploaded my documents, haven’t heard anything back in over a week. Customer support is non existent, I’m not able to pull out the money, feels like a huge scam. I would not recommend POLYMARKET to anyone, go Kalshi instead. You will be verified in minutes and able to deposit or withdraw when you want.

I wired my money from my bank account it’s been over 3 weeks the haven’t Credit my account and customer service sucks. They respond back to you every 4 to 5 days. And won’t solve my problem.

The app for trading is decent . But customer service is absolutely terrible . They don’t get back to you . Your withdrawals take long to hit your account . Smaller withdrawals like cents hit immediately but larger ones come after the 4 days . Don’t use this app. You are better off using Kalshi. I did a withdrawal 4 days ago and it still hasn’t hit my account. I can’t open any tickets in app to talk to customer support . I had to email them and still haven’t heard back . Terrible . Use Kalshi .

Polymarket had a “on going”soccer game 67 minutes was displayed and 1-0. I go to the chat and whole time the game was over 1-1 and I had placed a 200 dollar bet and was never refunded. Very delayed app, rigged %. And horrible customer service… cause there is none!!!

Can’t cash out!!
I won a bet that settled almost a month ago. My friend and I can’t cash out any of our winnings, since the funds haven’t been released. It’s been almost a month. This is ridiculous and I’ve been reading that this happens to many many people using this app. My username is mopeybat7500. Please fix this and fix it for everyone with this issue. It’s a form of deception and scam.

Charges Percent Every Wager
Very difficult to determine what the odds are when they fluctuate the percent they charge for wagering. So yes you will be charged a decent amount everytime you place a wager. And good luck getting your money back. They do say you must wait 4 days for your deposit to complete, and Jesus and Moses will likely return before that deposit fully clears. Support, umm what support?!?!😫

I won a bet and they never paid it out. When I reached out to support they said the app was going through it. Literally their wording. Do not trust you’ll get paid out when you win. I still haven’t received my winnings it’s been 6 weeks.

If I could leave 0 stars I would
I traded back since game 1 of the NBA finals and to this day I have been writing messages sending emails to just get my money out of my account and they have it on a hold to confirm my identity no big deal. Until everytime I go to confirm it it fails to “connect to the server” it’s been practically almost two months and I have $579 sitting in my account basically frozen because this app won’t help me or allow me to withdraw my money.

Not good, was hoping for better because I liked this apps simple design.
App has many issues with lag and technical difficulties, the app showed a game starting 30+ from the current time and then not even 10 minutes later the whole game was shown as ended and support says it was my fault basically which I do understand but at the same time their app was more wrong and this wasn’t just a delay. I won’t continue using an app that can’t even show accurate data.
