What a deceptive piece of garbage

First they give you no way to actually contact the developer to report a problem or ask a question. They just run you in circles going off to their website and their GitHub project but never give you a way to actually email the developer. Second they don't even give enough information for you to realize what you're getting or how to use it. It's all generalized information. There is no alarm built into this to actually help you to sleep on that kind of a schedule. I could set reminders on my phone without this app which charged me $.99 but for some reason shows up as not charging me. don't waste your time.

Response from developer

Hello, the screenshots and the description show exactly what the app does. There is no deception. You are right that there is no alarm built into the app. That is because Apple does not allow developer to schedule alarms. You won't find a single app that can set an alarm that works while the app isn't active. Polyphasic will send notifications according to your schedule, and it cross-references your sleep data with Apple Watch. It also has widgets that make tracking easier. You can email help@fivesheep.co if you need further support.

Easy and accessible

This app is super easy to use, and it’s accessible to the blind. That is awesome, and it’s also free. That’s hard to find in a sleep app. I just wish it had an alarm clock. I do love how it’s connected to the Health app. That helps Laton as well. Keep up the good work, and keep updating the app. It would also be nice if there was an Apple Watch app too. If there is, and I’ve missed it. I’m sorry for adding more to the review. Still a good app.

No way to edit.

App works fine, but you cant edit pre existing schedules. no special features to warrant charging money for this. however it does have customized schedules, but no guidelines for what schedules would work for you

Response from developer

Hi, thanks a lot for your feedback! The pre-existing schedules are just meant as a starting point. We didn't think it would be necessary to make them editable, since it takes less than a minute to create a custom schedule by hand. We're gonna look into improving this in the future, maybe by adding the option to use an existing schedule as a template for creating a new one. We've recently added support for widgets, too, and more is planned for the future, including more information about polyphasic sleep schedules and a getting started guide. Please keep in mind that the app is still quite new and we're a small developer studio of only two people. We're doing what we can to improve our apps, and we rely on feedback like yours to make this happen. Thank you!

I love it⚡️☀️🌑

It's really great that it's completely free, includes all sleep types, and pairs with iOS health.

Perfect! Finally some good polyphasic sleep app
