After the iOS 18 update the app has issues

After the iOS 18 when you download the app only the first time used it works. Then if you close it you cannot log in. You have to delete and reinstall to access your pump.

FAQ

What does the Polytropic app do?

The app allows for secure remote management of Polytropic heat pumps. It enables supervision, preventive maintenance, and easy adjustments to heat pump parameters, status, and operating modes through an intuitive smartphone or tablet interface.

What are the key features of this heat pump management app?

Key features include secure remote control, real-time status monitoring (machine status, temperatures, pump operation), preventive maintenance capabilities, proactive error code feedback for immediate service, and the ability to manage water treatment for pools.

Is the Polytropic app free to use?

Yes, the application is described as secure, free, and ergonomic. There are no mentions of subscription fees or in-app purchases for its core functionality.

What devices is the Polytropic app compatible with?

The app is designed to work with POLYTROPIC Inverter PAC heat pumps marketed from 2022 onwards, which come with a standard WiFi box. An optional 4G connection is also available for certain models. It can also remotely manage water treatment systems.

How does the app help with heat pump maintenance?

The app facilitates preventive maintenance by transmitting data to the POLYTROPIC TechniCenter. This allows technicians to remotely anticipate problems, access parameters, optimize settings, and even update the heat pump's software. Error codes are fed back for immediate after-sales service procedures.
