Terrible UX
I downloaded this at the hotel so I could use at Pompeii as a tour guide and I get here and it’s worthless. If there is a way to access the virtual guide I have had no luck figuring it out and I am in tech. So I’ve had to download another app.

It does not replace the rental tour found at the entrance of the Pompeii site.
None of the features were particularly helpful. AR was a bust. I had no need for the hotel booking aspect. The written descriptions of sites were too general to be informative. I do not recommend this app.

Very disappointing and I couldn’t report a problem online
I was in Pompeii Scavi and wanted to download a useful guide app. I downloaded this app and paid €3.99 and couldn’t get anything as guidance to work- no mark on map except for your current location. The only available map is a simple picture with low resolution and clicking on poi on map does nothing but move the map around.
This was wasteful and not an accurate product as it described.

Free version is useless
The free version does not offer any useful functionality at all. It is essentially just the outline of the app where every click leads you to an ad for the paid version.
Deleted immediately as I have no idea if the paid version will be worth it without seeing even a hint of its actual function.
