Terrible UX

I downloaded this at the hotel so I could use at Pompeii as a tour guide and I get here and it’s worthless. If there is a way to access the virtual guide I have had no luck figuring it out and I am in tech. So I’ve had to download another app.

Not useful

It does not replace the rental tour found at the entrance of the Pompeii site.

None of the features were particularly helpful. AR was a bust. I had no need for the hotel booking aspect. The written descriptions of sites were too general to be informative. I do not recommend this app.

Very disappointing and I couldn’t report a problem online

I was in Pompeii Scavi and wanted to download a useful guide app. I downloaded this app and paid €3.99 and couldn’t get anything as guidance to work- no mark on map except for your current location. The only available map is a simple picture with low resolution and clicking on poi on map does nothing but move the map around.
This was wasteful and not an accurate product as it described.

Free version is useless

The free version does not offer any useful functionality at all. It is essentially just the outline of the app where every click leads you to an ad for the paid version.

Deleted immediately as I have no idea if the paid version will be worth it without seeing even a hint of its actual function.

Malgré le passage à l’app payante, intérêt faible (quelques photos, un plan du site). Je ne suis pas arrivé à me servir de la réalité augmentée pour laquelle j’avais acheté l’app

No audioguia

Si se paga para poder acceder al mapa que te dan gratuito en la entrada con la intención de que sirva también de audioguia, no funciona. Pagas 5€ xa obtener el mapa q te dan gratis.
Si quieres acceder a otra ciudad de las q te pone, tienes q volver a pagar

Unuseful

This application is completely unuseful, the AR does not work, is poor of information and doesn’t have a map of the archeological site. I threw my money away.

это приложение — чистейший развод на деньги. в реальности это 4 краткие исторические справки про Помпеи и 6 описаний зданий Помпей, т.е. то что вы найдёте в любой краткой справке в интернете. Карта неактивна и совершено нечитабельна, а дополненная реальность не работает вовсе, к чему бы вы не подносили камеру. Отсутсвие инструкции как бы намекает, что понимать тут нечего, оно просто не работает и все. А больше там ничего и нет. Верните мне мои 300 рублей!

Useless as a guide

Hoping to get enuff reviews so people know to avoid at 1st glance. Aside from not being user friendly I couldn’t get any interaction between the maps and the sites listed on the map. In other words when I pressed a site on the map no information popped up. The non-interactive printed maps are free at the info center in Pompeii.

AR does not work. Avoid.

The AR facility fit this app does not work and thus it is next to useless. And they do not offer a refund. Avoid .

The reason behind this is for travelers to be able to enjoy everything in an offline mode without paying for roaming charges while they travel. Even being able to use geolocalization capabilities such as GPS or Augmented Reality without being connected to your cell phone provider.
