Kauf ohne Gegenwert

Die App war super. Nun kann ich mich nicht mehr anmelden, mit dem Hinweis “kein Internet“.

Vom Support erhielt ich die Antwort, dass das Produkt für iOS Version 3.80.345 technisch nicht mehr unterstützt wird. Im Store kann ich das Produkt neu erwerben. Das ist unverschämt.

Man kann doch nicht ernsthaft glauben, dass ein Kunde bereit ist, eine App mehrfach zu kaufen, nur weil das System aktualisiert wurde. Das ist nicht in Orfnung.

Anmeldeprobleme

Ich habe mir die Wörterbücher gekauft und wollte dann den Code der im Wörterbuch ist in der App eingeben. Dies hat nicht funktioniert also hab ich es über die Webseite versucht. Dort hat es geklappt aber nun kann ich mich nicht mehr bei der App mit meinem Account anmelden, es sagt nur : „Keine Anmeldung möglich, da die maximale Anzahl an Geräten überschritten wurde.“ Ich habe mich nur über mein IPad angemeldet. Schulwörterbuch Latein

Ich habe das Wörterbuch gekauft und den Code für die die App eingegeben! Jetzt funktioniert die App nicht mehr, das Schulwörterbuch Latein wird nicht mehr angezeigt und durch Produkt wiederherstellen bekommt man das Wörterbuch nicht mehr! Die erneute Eingabe des Code wird nicht erkannt. Miserable App., ich habe das Print-Wörterbuch und kann auch ohne die App. leben

Versteckte Kosten

Hat man diese gratis App geladen zeigt sich das es sich hierbei um einen Shop handelt. Das ist in meinen Augen Bauernfängerei.
Hier kann man sofort Preise an die App schreiben damit man das nicht herunterlädt wenn man eine gratis App sucht.

Code funktioniert nicht

Die Idee, das Wörterbuch auch digital nutzbar zu machen ist super. Leider scheitert es an der Umsetzung.
Ich habe mir die Studienausgabe Englisch gekauft und wollte auch das Wörterbuch als App benutzen. Allerdings funktioniert der Code aus dem Wörterbuch auch nach mehreren versuchen nicht. Schade.
