This is the worst app. So much potential, but the troubleshooter is bugged and never gets to results, the test strips are ineffective- colors too similar and you can’t track chemical additions vs results. Find something else
Clorox strips are 10 times easier to use. With no guessing. It scans your strips!

Terrible App and website
How is this app allowed in the store? is anybody actually using this garbage? Tried creating account several times throughout a day and the app was just stuck and unresponsive. Tried different browsers and devices but behavior is the same. It is frozen and does not load. I finally got through a day later but then it stopped working again the following day. I tried resetting password and now the system says it can’t find the email address I used to register. I give up, going to store to return the test strips and I will buy something else. never again

Horrible!!!
I downloaded this app after buying chems from Home Depot. I keep getting kicked off and getting the “Loading” wheel of death.
Not worth it
App constantly freezes and recommends inappropriate products

I’m very upset, I purchased it so excited it came with a mobile app. I tried creating an account through the app and on a desktop nothing works on their website. I can’t click nothing very frustrating!
Dip and test. Easy!
This test is very easy to use just dip the strip. Compare the colors and the app does the rest.

Self Performing Pool Service
I have tried multiple services and could not get the service to keep up on the chemicals. I was referred to use this app and chemicals and my pool for the past year has been the cleanest and most balanced it has ever been.
Specs can be better
I’m a new pool owner and having trouble with specs. Although I have them for my pool the app doesn’t give any user flexibility to input the most accurate information.
Not very helpful for spas.
App not spa friendly. Can’t enter capacity below 1000 gal or Bromine as the type when creating profile. This prevents from creating an accurate profile and without a profile you can’t creat an account. Without an account you can’t use most features such as testing.

I can’t believe I bought test strips that were 20$ but, so glad I fox because of the app guide that comes with it. For anyone frustrated with pool water off balance this is awesome! It’s chemistry and not basic so, this really helps having the app telling you exactly what to do based off your strip reading and marking the appropriate color on the app. Since it’s a process and time consuming it really saves you time by not having to take water samples every time to a pool supply store. Get these strips and download the App you won’t regret!

Expose personal info for pool level testing?
Requires users to enter personal info to create a tracked user account just to be able to see the color key for the test strips the sell for $20.

Policy yes, privacy not so much
Their privacy policy is outrageous. The two words are significant. First, it shows they have a policy, but the policy is clear that the customer has no privacy - and that they don’t care. I won’t be using it.
