Always have problems on the app, a lot of time to sync the data in the app, please fix this
Still awful
Please, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, add an “Offline” capability that can be synced later without locking the app frozen with popups to inform me I have bad signal (I’m aware, thanks. Here every week). It also kinda makes no sense that it always needs to re-sync despite not letting you do anything if not constantly connected. Some news: not every pool route is in urban sprawl with cell towers on every other building.
Also, even when everything has connectivity, constant “Updating Server Status” pop ups when simply reopening the app keep me tinkering with my phone instead of doing my job. Why do I need to “update pool pics” every GD time I reopen it?
It’s as though the devs neither write software nor do pools, but thought they’d take a whack at both. It is horrible unintuitive and I hate that my company pays for this garbage.

Slow, outages, unintuitive

Great App & Great Communication
Using this application has made my employee's lives much easier. As well as for my customers. This app gives great information about each pool being serviced, and gives an easy way to pull the information from reports. Great app. 5 stars.
Pool pocket assistant
Amazing app that makes your everyday route a breeze to keep organized. Track your pools daily progress with everything from chem readings to pictures of those crystal clear pools. Love not having to write anything down daily and the ability to go back to previous days to see what caused any changes. Only thing I would add is the ability to instantly showcase the pictures to my companies socials.
