Can’t reset password, the update always blows out my saved credentials. This app runs like hot garbage

I loved this app however now that changes were made I no longer can open the app to look at my bill, look at my usage and pay my bill.

This app used to work really well. I’d daily check my usage to see how my solar production was impacting my electricity purchases. Now, it just freezes. Mostly useless.

Could be More Useful

The app could be so much better than it is.
Even if it just offered Apple Pay I’d use it.

What’s going on?

I used to be able to log on and access my usage. Now I am constantly having issues getting on. I have to go to my laptop to get on, but that doesn’t give u the breakdown in numbers like the phone app used to. Need to update this app!
