Can’t even get started
The app won’t let me scroll to the end of the “Terms, Policy & Consent” page to hit the “GET STARTED” button. Useless.

What a joke of an app. Was it developed by a 2 year old? You can’t even create an account. It won’t let you passed that page so good luck connecting or installing it… don’t waste your money. Buy a different companies product. HONEYWELL IS GARBAGE.
Fails my password creation
Fails your password creation before you even type one in and the only way to try again is send another code and they have some failsafe if you resend in 10 minutes. This isn’t my fkn ssn number it’s only job is keeping my ac at either 69 or 71 degrees. I shouldn’t even need a password. At this point Honeywell is just data harvesting. Don’t buy their thermostat either.
Update: I even went on their website. “account creation successful” and yet I can’t log in on the app. I hope they didn’t pay for it to be made because it’s been a long time since I’ve had this astronomically poor of an experience. Not one function of their system works well.

Create Account
When creating the account and following every step, final selection is to create. When you do so nothing happens. What a waste of time.
Unusable
This app is worthless and non functional…. Don’t waste your money on a Honeywell thermostat if you plan on using it with a phone app!!!
