Same issues with subscription as others

The app forces users to choose one or multiple subscriptions at the same time without letting you to exit out to explore the features. I paid for a month and thought the app was a letdown compared to other options in UI, features, and price.

I cannot log in!

I just changed phones and now I can’t access my account. I do have a yearly subscription, since November last year. I tried lost password but it didn’t work but the email I used doesn’t seem to work. How can I get help??? This seems to be the only way to contact you. I really want to access my account again (instead of losing my data and having to customize everything again). Thank you in advance

Didn't allow me to use without a plan

Push for plan purchase even before trying the app. I setup my profile but could not use it as it opens on buying a plan and does not allow me to go anywhere.

Great App, But Subscription Sketchy

I already purchased this on Aug 4, 2025 through an in-app offer of ~$40. It turns out that was the “lite” version. Today, Aug 6, 2025, the app again prompted me to purchase for $60. Thinking it would restore my previous purchase, I purchased again. It charged me a second time. Still, after this, the app continued to prompt me to purchase a “lifetime” subscription before allowing me to use the app.

The app is pretty good and I like it. It’s worth $40/yr. They have a fuller featured app that may be worth $60/yr, but I figured this one works for my condition. I’d love to use the app, but hate being told I need to purchase something I already did. I submitted a post on their public forum earlier today for support, but no response yet. Not sure how else to reach them save for creating this review.

Force pay

Not worth downloading. You cant exit out of the subscription. You have to do a free trial then get charged $50 for a yearly subscription if you don’t cancel in 4 days.

No apple watch tracking

There’s no X button or way to back out of the subscription prompt. I downloaded this app for the purpose of tracking bowel movements, only to discover the watch app is only for reminders.

App is a scam

They had offered me a free trial but when I made my selection, they charged me the same day without a refund. I’m not even sure if this is going to be an app that i’ll be using so idk why it’d require me to make a selection for a subscription.

This tracker has been really helpful. Logging my bowel movements helped me identify dietary triggers and improve my digestion, giving me more control over my health.

Helpful for Doctor Visits

Really like the option to log symptoms and share with my doctor. It’s easy to use, and the calendar visuals are perfect for keeping track of everything in one place.

Could use some improvement

It’s a solid app, but I think there’s room for improvement. More features would be great, and sometimes the notifications are delayed. That said, I’ve still found it quite helpful. Still, I rely on it every day for keeping track of my meds and symptoms.

Life-changing tool for chronic illness

As someone with multiple chronic conditions, this app has made my life so much easier. I can track everything in one place, and it helps me spot patterns. I can't imagine going back to not using it!

Bait and switch

This app is not at all as what is advertised. It seems like it is an overall health/wellness tracking program and not at all dedicated to poop tracking.
