Reasons not to use this app.
The shipping fee is Php 400, shipping fee in shopee or Lazada is usually free (and the sf for Pop Now is different from the main pop mart store so you have to pay Php 800 if you order from both stores - even if both stores are under this app).
It’s easier to track your orders and request for refund if you order from shopee and lazada.
SHIPPING IS SO SLOW (my order is now 4 days delayed past its shipping date, and its not even processed yet), again shopee and Lazada is much faster.
I only use this app for points but the member rewards is ALWAYS out of stock, so points are becoming useless.
So just buy from physical stores, especially shopee and lazada since they usually give DISCOUNTS in shopee/lazada.

Poor user experience
This app is frustrating to use. It constantly asks me to update, even though I already have the latest version installed from the app store. The app keeps telling me an update is required, but there is no newer version available. This creates an endless loop and prevents normal use of the app. Please fix the version detection and update mechanism. A smoother and more reliable user experience is needed.

When you are planning to release new products, could you please either have a 24 hour format clock or use am/pm to distinguish when the items will be available for purchase - makes it hard when the product will be dropped at 07:00 assuming it’s morning but it’s not even when alerts are switched on.
