Customer service sucks
They delivered my parcel to the wrong address, and it was stolen by someone else. I had previously earned a $30 campaign credit, but they are only offering to refund what I paid and are refusing to give me back the $30 campaign credit I had earned.
They haven’t offered me anything in return. They just keep blaming the logistics company, which is honestly crazy because even if the logistics company caused the issue, they are still the company that chose that logistics provider. They should be responsible for making sure I receive everything I was entitled to at the time of purchase.
This is honestly terrible customer service. They took my money, failed to deliver my order because of their logistics arrangements, and are now refusing to give me back even the benefit I was originally entitled to. I’ve had to spend so much time and energy dealing with this, and it has caused me so much unnecessary stress.
It has been over a week since I first reported this issue, and I’m still arguing with them about it. They simply do not seem to understand what I’m asking for or why this is unfair.

兎に角全てが適当で雑！！
以前にお誕生日の特典をポイントで交換できるからと有り、交換しましたが一向に届かずカスタマーに相談してもたらい回しにされ、挙げ句の果てにモノは届かずポイントは引かれたまま、こちらが散々クレームを言ってやっとポイントは返還されました！ その他にも何度も商品を購入させて頂きましたが、店に行けば直ぐに購入できるのに、海外から来るモノは多少時間かかるのは仕方ないですが、届いたモノを見たら梱包されてる箱は傷、凹みだらけ、中身もクッション材も入ってましたが凹んでるし… やはり中国のモノというか、人間が適当で雑、お客をお客様と思ってないのが一連のやり取りを見てても見えてきてしまい流石に金輪際、購入は考えたいと思います！！

注文した商品とは違う商品が届きました
誤配送だったため、案内に従って商品を返送しましたが、その後「追跡番号がないため確認できない」と言われ、対応が止まっています。返送した荷物には注文番号も記載しているため、注文番号から確認することもできるはずです。
そもそも今回の誤配送は購入者側のミスではありません。それにもかかわらず、誤配送された商品をこちらで返送した後、さらに購入者側に追跡番号の提示を求め、それがないという理由で問題を放置される対応には非常に不満を感じています。
誤配送そのものよりも、その後のカスタマーサポートの対応にがっかりしました。今後同じようなことが起きた場合、安心して利用できるサービスとは言い難いです。
