Why do our points expire when you guys rarely have anything you can buy with points and you can’t put them towards your purchases!? So frustrating watching all your points go away and there’s nothing you can do about it🙄 fix your reward system and let us pick actual blind boxes as something we can get with our points!

Products are as advertised, shipping takes a bit, had one shipment that arrived damaged but otherwise satisfied overall.
I can’t even make a account
There’s a lot I could say about pop mart, but with this app you can even make an account, I have an iPhone SE I’m not sure if that effects it but whenever I try to submit an email or phone number it tells me to check all the boxes bellow. I can’t scroll down. My screen won’t let me scroll down to check the box. I have an account I’ve made in person but I can’t even log in, if it changes I will update my review but it’s not just the site, the support is really bad on the app too

Delete and boycott POPMART
I recently had few orders from POPMART and of the order I received the plushie was damaged and defected. Sent pictures to Popmart and went silent, i opened the dispute with PayPal and Popmart immediately responded to my email saying “ keep the item we’ll give you a full refund or replacement, I told them to send the replacement because i really wanted, ghosted me again so I escalated the case with PayPal . Then POPMART asked me to cancel the chargeback and they will the replacement AFTER, I said no just refund and lied about PayPal freeze their account and cannot refund , I sent the screenshot of the email conversation to PayPal and as soon I did that , they requested me to return the item for a refund and wasted one week of my time, i requested return label from Popmart and see what’s there next move, I’m deleting this app and NEVER spend a dime at the trash, lier company . Let’s all boycott this untrustworthy business. Lie and manipulate to steal money from people

Reward points expires
Not cool that the reward points expire and get taken away. Especially when there is nothing in the redemption to use it on. Items are either out of stock or it’s not what you’re interested in using your reward points on.
Either leave the reward points without expiring or put out a sufficient amount of items for customers to use the points on.
