Thereās a lot I could say about pop mart, but with this app you can even make an account, I have an iPhone SE Iām not sure if that effects it but whenever I try to submit an email or phone number it tells me to check all the boxes bellow. I canāt scroll down. My screen wonāt let me scroll down to check the box. I have an account Iāve made in person but I canāt even log in, if it changes I will update my review but itās not just the site, the support is really bad on the app too

Delete and boycott POPMART
I recently had few orders from POPMART and of the order I received the plushie was damaged and defected. Sent pictures to Popmart and went silent, i opened the dispute with PayPal and Popmart immediately responded to my email saying ā keep the item weāll give you a full refund or replacement, I told them to send the replacement because i really wanted, ghosted me again so I escalated the case with PayPal . Then POPMART asked me to cancel the chargeback and they will the replacement AFTER, I said no just refund and lied about PayPal freeze their account and cannot refund , I sent the screenshot of the email conversation to PayPal and as soon I did that , they requested me to return the item for a refund and wasted one week of my time, i requested return label from Popmart and see whatās there next move, Iām deleting this app and NEVER spend a dime at the trash, lier company . Letās all boycott this untrustworthy business. Lie and manipulate to steal money from people

Reward points expires
Not cool that the reward points expire and get taken away. Especially when there is nothing in the redemption to use it on. Items are either out of stock or itās not what youāre interested in using your reward points on.
Either leave the reward points without expiring or put out a sufficient amount of items for customers to use the points on.

Too glitchy
Every time I try to buy something i have to log in after i log in it says itās incorrect so i had to buy it on a MacBook besides that i bought a coco cola labubu and it was great quality not fake and nothing in the package was missing I definitely recommend this app!
Easy to Order
I absolutely love the POP MART app because not only is it easy, but it gives full visuals and descriptions of each item. Highly recommend!

Got all my Big Energy series and I absolutely love them!! Still need the secret of this set but through the roof on how cute this set is! Just love it
App Glitches Beyond Belief
I made two purchases through the app with no problem, the third purchase I used all my points to get my birthday item and the purchase showed as fine then suddenly after an hour showed as cancelled. But I didnāt get my points refunded. I contacted support and they said that itās my issue, once I use my points they are gone. They didnāt understand that I didnāt cancel the order! Like itās impossible for their system to break and reject the payment. Use the website or buy from UO/amazon (sadly)

Update is a game changer
The update is amazing. Though I wish youād offer the POP NOW market like in other countries.. The hint points are worthless now that most boxes have taken away the option to use the hint card. And the prices are now going up to $49 minimum for free shipping for POP NOW. I know thatās a pop mart issue not an app issue. The app now has a little game so you can unlock screen saver art. The social media/ posting aspect has not got any better. Can not figure out how to find friends. But no more crashing and purchases on Thursday drop nights actually go through. The notifications actually notify you before the item is released and sold out and will remind you a few times leading up to it. PLEASE ADD THE POP NOW MARKET OKAY I LOVE YOU BYE. Popmart not take ANY RESPONSIBILITY for your package after you buy it. I bought a Hirono off of this app and I tried contacting MULTIPLE people regarding my package. No one knew where it was. My package came specifically from YunExpress which, if you look closely, has about 1k/10k reviews of packages not be delivered.
I talked to Popmart and they said to contact my carrier. I emailed my local carrier, they didn't have my package and directed me to my supplier. I emailed them and no response. No refund. No package. Just money down the drain. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if this helps anyone DO NOT get this app or buy online from Popmart. ONLY buy in store.

Canāt find customer service
I tried using the live chat in the app, but the AI told me to contact support by email instead. I sent an email two weeks ago and still havenāt received any reply. This is very poor customer service.

Not that easy to find things.
Even with in-store help we all felt this app is difficult to use. I looked to see the estimated arrival on the Hello Kitty Labubus and still canāt find it. The other day I found it, and my FIFA Labubus have arrived.
Worst App and Customer Service
Pop Mart has the worst customer service. Cant get a hold of real live people that wont tell you the same generic message! PopMart launch a game that i was not aware of and lost 500+ points which i was close to redeeming it for a item that i have been saving up for after 4-5 days still no update about this lost 500+ points lost blaming me for a game that i did not play nor redeem! And the app also has no way to review items to get more points till use the website to earn more points! This lost of points is such heartbreaking not only i lost it and popmart is not doing anything about this technical difficulties they have the worst customer service!

I find it very annoying that everytime I open the app there is an update, not sure what it is but please batch them and update less frequently
WORST APP EVER.
I was looking at my points and I had 0,on the old app I had 125 points and it doesnāt show any of the items I had purchased.I was signed in on the old app but now I show that I am not signed in.I feel like the old app is better that POP MART Americas,the old app was amazing I got everything that I ordered and It was a good quality app . I donāt know why they made us go to this app it is horrible POP MART needs to fix this now.

It keeps making me update
Literally every time I open the app, it redirects me to the App Store saying I have to update to the new Americas app. I have already updated it and so now itās just this annoying extra step of having to open the app through the App Store every single time.
Terrible
The app keeps popping up with a notification for me to update however I AM UPDATED TO THE CURRENT APP itās annoying it recently started happening and it forces me to close the app just to get to the app store for it to say open as Iām already using the most current update someone fix it!!!!
