No easy way to cancel contract
Like other people here in the comments I was not able to cancel my contract. Customer support was also not helpful and suggested me to fill out an exit questionnaire first.
Bait and switch
I started with a test of uploading a PPTX template and separate content and asked it to create a presentation! It did snd it looked good. But it wouldn’t let me download so I had to buy credits. Once purchased, it no longer had the presentation it created. I used same prompt and process and it couldn’t build it the same, instead gave me one of their templates! When show you can produce something, you later say you can’t produce!?
