DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! I tried this early in the AI wave. After much research, I realized how much of a mistake AI is and tried to immediately divest. This place has given me the complete run around, refusing to cancel my subscription. They told me to log into the account but I get error messages half the time I try to log in, and when I finally do, there’s no option to delete the account! I’m obviously reporting them for fraudulent activity. Run from this company as fast as you can.

Worst app
Worst app once you subscribe to their service you can’t cancel it. They will keep on charging you even if you email you to cancel the service. There is no manual way you can cancel there subscription plan on the website or mobile application.

Very poor customer service. I tested the app once - not helpful and ended up in a subscription trap. The cancellation process is unclear, support is unhelpful, and charges continue without proper assistance. The app itself was not helpful at all. Companies should not be allowed to operate like this.

They don’t make the experience easy. They will lie to you about how to cancel until you paid several more months. I’m still trying to cancel.
DO NOT BUY - Misleading Subscription & Difficult Cancellation
initially signed up expecting a simple AI tool, but what I got instead was a poorly disclosed subscription model that charged me $14.99 without clear warning. There was no obvious indication during signup that I was enrolling in a recurring payment, which already raises concerns about transparency.
The biggest issue, however, is the cancellation process. Unlike most legitimate services that allow you to cancel directly in your account settings, this platform makes it unnecessarily complicated. I was instructed to:
Fill out an external “unsubscribe questionnaire” form
Log into a separate site
Navigate through multiple hidden menus just to find the cancellation option
This kind of process feels intentionally designed to discourage users from canceling. A trustworthy service should offer a simple, clearly visible “Cancel Subscription” button—not send users through hoops and third-party forms.

Cancelling this subscription is unnecessarily difficult and feels intentionally designed that way. You’re pushed through multiple steps, including external forms, just to find the option (which as of writing this I still haven’t been able to cancel).
Support is worse. I was charged for a full year of a service I didn’t use once, reached out immediately, and was told: “sorry, we can’t refund.”

Unfortunately, the video as well as generator within this program is pretty weak. It may help and be focused around chat and homework, but all the other functions are low quality.

The app is a great way to start up for any projects but I am trying to delete my account. There is no way to cancel my subscription this is very frustrating for me because I used the app for what I needed and now I am getting charged for unnecessary purchases that I no longer need.

This is the biggest scam in the world I don’t know how they are still operating, on top of the fact you cannot cancel this and the product is garbage they have been double charging me every month!! At first I thought there was a problem I replied to their emails they send you this form to fill out and bs steps I must’ve done it 10x, I sent them multiple screenshots of the cancellation not working and they just stop responding. NEVER BUY THIS. I would give this negative stars if I could.
