We would like to clarify a few points regarding your experience: Concerning your $200 credit: The credits you are referring to belong to a legacy system that was discontinued over 10 years ago. At that time, we issued communications advising users to utilize their remaining balances before the system was officially retired. These credits are no longer compatible with our current platform. Language Support: Our application transitioned to a French-only interface over 7 years ago. This is not a recent bug but a long-standing localization choice for our current market. User Experience: As your last active session appears to date back over a decade, the app has evolved significantly to meet modern technical standards. We understand that returning after such a long absence to find these changes can be frustrating, but we are unable to honor or reinstate credits from a service that has been obsolete for more than a decade.
