The app is so temperamental
Iโve had the pass for almost a year now and at least 50% of the time it wonโt even open to show the offers (yes, I have made itโs updated each time)

Always get amazing discounts to the cinema. After renewing my membership I had issues with the options available on the app, but when I emailed them they were always quick to sort it out.
Takes money during a lockdown when service cannot be used
What kind of company takes a payment during a lockdown when the service cant be used and fails to email before or even offer some kind of extension. Bad business..
