buggy app and tickets on actual website are cheaper than popcorn pass ๐ญ๐ญ
The app is so temperamental
Iโve had the pass for almost a year now and at least 50% of the time it wonโt even open to show the offers (yes, I have made itโs updated each time)

Always get amazing discounts to the cinema. After renewing my membership I had issues with the options available on the app, but when I emailed them they were always quick to sort it out.
Takes money during a lockdown when service cannot be used
What kind of company takes a payment during a lockdown when the service cant be used and fails to email before or even offer some kind of extension. Bad business..

Well worth it and a great product however the app is impossible for me to search cinemas near me atm without crashing. Please fix as I use this regularly.
Absolute rip off
This company claims to provide you with 40% off cinema tickets, which is an absolute lie. Upon entering the code on the cinema website, I was then asked to pay the remaining costs for the ticket from the cinema itself. It is not recognised as a discount at all. All I did was waste ยฃ15.99 for a yearly subscription and a further ยฃ26 for cinema tickets using the Popcorn Pass app. A nice little money making scheme with misleading advertisements. Iโm still waiting to hear back from customer service with a full refund or Iโll be going through my credit card company, itโs fraudulent to say the least.

Love this app. Go to the cinema which in my area at odeon costs nearly ยฃ11, pay half that! Perfect. Took my whole family of 8 to Star Wars Boxing Day and cost ยฃ48!! Winning.

Saved ยฃ130 so far using this offer. App is easy to use but would be better visually if tickets redeemed were separate to those still available to use.

Tricky app
Received the voucher from O2, when I tried to claim the voucher It was mentioned that the voucher has been expired. Neither O2 nor Popcornpass was able help, both washed their hands off.

Problem right now
I've been using my popcorn pass for a year now.. but this last couple of months when I go in to try n buy ticket n click on to it comes up sold out of these tickets more arriving soon which doesn't make sense whatsoever because it's a barcode an it's downloaded on to the app on your there is no printing involved.. other than this problem I've been having it's such a great wee app I've saved loads on it.. please fix this ASAP.

App not working
Popcorn pass app only worked for 6months before it stopped working and has not allowed me to purchase tickets via it again. Instead I have to log in using website as app will not allow tickets to be purchased.
