Terrible company, confusing app. You will see different things on app vs laptop vs desktop. Company is based in Philippines and are clueless about local property management.

So there’s a way for renters to use this online but only homeowners can use the app? Makes no sense at all to have an app only one party can use.
No app for tenants
I don't understand why there is an app for tenants to be able to go online and manage rent payments, and maintenance request and notifications. The website is not accurate and provides very limited information. If the company is going to take over our local property management, it should at least be a little bit more reliable.
