I am so mad right now i paid 14.99 for literally ONE WEEK thinking i could make whatever i want but its a total scam. They don’t tell you that you don’t even get unlimited creating!!! I tried to make my videos and clips today and it blocked me and said i have to pay even MORE money inside the app to unlock more stuff. Why am i paying fifteen bucks a week if i still cant even use the app fully?? Total cash grab. Save your money guys find another app that actually lets you create without hiding more fees behind a paywall. So dissapointed.

PopMaker has increased its prices.
I have been using the PopMaker app to create videos for my children’s content, but I have experienced repeated translation problems. Several videos have come out with a mix of English and an Asian language, or Spanish mixed with another language. Even when the translation is incorrect and the video is unusable, I am still charged for it. The app also does not provide an easy way to report these problems or have them corrected.
I am not currently earning money or monetizing my videos because I do not have enough followers yet, so the cost of creating each video is already too high for me. Now that PopMaker has increased its prices, I can no longer justify paying for a service that frequently produces incorrect results without offering corrections or refunds.
Unfortunately, PopMaker is no longer the right app for me. I would like to cancel my subscription and request a refund or credit for the videos that were generated incorrectly.

Fehler der KI bezahlen muss trotzdem der Kunde
Trotz ausführlichem Skript wurden meine Vorgaben nur unzureichend umgesetzt. Besonders ärgerlich: Die KI bestätigte ausdrücklich, dass ein bereits erstellter Charakter gespeichert sei und im nächsten Video wiederverwendet werde. Nach der kostenpflichtigen Generierung erschien jedoch eine völlig andere Figur. Anschließend wurde eingeräumt, dass die App Charaktere technisch gar nicht dauerhaft speichern kann.
Für die notwendige Neugenerierung sollte ich trotzdem erneut den vollen Preis bezahlen. Eine Erstattung oder entsprechende Gutschrift lehnte der Support ab, da das Video „technisch korrekt“ erstellt worden sei.
Auch sonst benötigen praktisch alle Korrekturen neue Credits. Da die Umsetzung häufig nicht den Vorgaben entspricht, kann ein brauchbares Video dadurch schnell sehr teuer werden.
Positiv war lediglich die schnelle Reaktion des Supports. Eine verbraucherfreundliche Lösung gab es jedoch nicht. Daher leider nur ein Stern.
