Doesn’t work, can’t cancel and I’m still waiting for customer service
I watched one movie. After that, the movies don’t stream. I’m trying to cancel. I used my Apple email and I can’t cancel like other apps, there’s no simple cancellation option, this is the worse vertical movie app I’ve ever used. I just want to cancel. If they don’t help me by tomorrow, I’m left with no choice but to cancel my card.

Charged twice and impossible to cancel
Charged twice August 17 and then again August 22. There is no simple way to cancel through the app. I think I have to cancel my cc. Terrible terrible terrible

App issues
Hate that to many of the stories ended on cliffhangers and the fact the app doesn’t even have a cancel subscription built into it which is very frustrating. I did delay the cancellation because the stories are addictive, but it’s annoying I had to contact support to cancel the subscription. I wouldn’t mind paying for another weekly pass, but the fact I’m unable to cancel it on my own is what’s stopping me.

特么的续费不能走苹果支付，只能走applepay或者信用卡，然后订阅找不到任何渠道的取消订阅，要不只有注销信用卡，所以这个软件慎用。还有用到一半不能联网，简直无语了，垃圾软件
Be careful of subscription
I was subscribed for a week trail. After watching couple episodes, I found out all the story line are similar and boring. When I want to cancel the subscription, it’s very hard to find the option. I was not able to delete account either.
After I was charged the auto renewal, I finally got cancelled.
I contacted the customer service, they declined my refund request. It’s a scam that this app hide the cancellation option make people to pay auto renew. I paid $40 just to watch a drama. Very disappointed.

Not able to watch anything. Just stays on buffering for everything.

Downloaded the app. Not only is it only AI smut and nothing of real value. I also accidentally purchased the subscription and it charged my card directly, not through the App Store. So cancelling the subscription seems to be impossible! I’ve reached out to support and they have been no help. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY! it’s only a pain and not worth it for the mediocre content

I have already used the feedback and help features within the app, but the system keeps providing information that is not helpful. In my Apple subscriptions list, this app does not appear as an active subscription option, yet I continue to be charged week after week even though I am no longer using the app.

I subscribed to the weekly plan, but I’ve been unable to cancel it through the app. Even after trying to cancel, I’m still being charged repeatedly for twice!!!!The cancellation process is unnecessarily complicated and extremely frustrating.I strongly recommend staying away from this app unless you want to deal with unwanted charges.
