Relentless Password Changes
It’s hard to understand why I have to change my password so often, especially since you have given me facial recognition. Seems to me that having facial recognition is certainly the most fool proof way of getting into my account. Passwords can be hacked, forgotten, lost, etc. Can’t you make it easier to do business with you? I’ve had my Schwab account for 7 years, with no password change…facial recognition only. Maybe you need to up YOUR account security protocol rather than asking us to do it for you.

What I don't like
Having to change passwords frequently is onerous. Having to remember or store past passwords so as not to use them again seems unnecessary. Why not just use a two step log procedure like almost every other secure account I have?
