Order on 15 September

I’m writing this review 2 weeks later , from order date and I still haven’t received my iPhone 12. This website seems very dodgy. After successful payment of saudi Riyals . They send a receipt of payment not 10 riyals.

Then I contacted them they said your order didn’t go through.

Then I said you deducted the money. They said ok. But your phone is available in stock.

Can we give you another phone. I still said ok trying to get rid of the situation.

Now it’s 17 days and I’m still not receiving any order or refund.

I believe it’s a scam.

⚠️ Warning – Scam / Fraud

I ordered a mobile phone but received only a mobile cover. I tried contacting them through email, but I got no response. This seems to be a fraudulent website. Be careful and avoid dealing with them.

they will keep the customer hanged with the issue and it will take forever to resolve. i ordered july 31, 30 days later i dont have the item and i dont have the news from the customer service. tracking and id number cant be track at all.

Don’t buy Cheating app

Very bad customer service and irresponsible

I have ordered s22 ultra on 27 june2025 . they delivered me flip 4 . I have started the return process now one month already . In efficient customer service through their email .you will receive reply after one week . My phone not returned . Money not refunded . Don’t buy anything from the scammers . No contact number . Im really fed up with these people . Fake !

لا انصح بالتعامل مع هذا المتجر

تم شرا منتج بالاقساط باستخدام خدمة بسيطة على اساس انها اقساط بسعر الكاش ثم اكشتفت لاحقا انها بفوائد عالية
ثم طلب الغاء الطلب بعد اقل من ساعتين
واعتذروا بان العمليه تجاوزت ٢٤ ساعة
( خدمة عملاء سيئة)
