Must give full access to photo library

This app is great but it forces you to give it full access to your photo library which is not something I’m comfortable with. Will not be renewing until that is addressed

Response from developer

Thank you for the honest feedback — this one mattered to us. POPTime no longer needs access to your photo library. You pick a clip with the system picker and the app only ever sees that one clip; saving an export asks for add-only permission, nothing more. This is live in the latest update.

Monthly payment

I can understand the one time payment, but I think the monthly charge is outrageous for an overall basic app. I get giving the developers need there fair share, but cmon. Too bad there’s not another POPTime app on the AppStore. Shouldn’t be close to 40$ for a year of this app. 😵‍💫

Good

Some great enhancements would be to be able to change the color of the timer on the screen (the red on a dark background is hard to see) and to be able to make the timer larger.

Response from developer

Good news — this is in the app now. You can customize the on-video overlays (size, color, position) on the export preview screen, and even save a layout once to reuse it on every video. Thanks for the suggestion — it shaped the feature.

Love the app

App is great, when will yall role out the version with velos?

Great app for catchers

I used to always wonder if using a stopwatch was accurate. Now I don’t need to wonder with the POPTIME App. Gets exchange time as well (which before was not measurable).
