Bus always arrives at the exact time shown on app.
I fell getting on the 54D yesterday .
The driver was very compassionate and helped me up. This was the first time that I had tried using port Authority not a good choice on my part, but the driver was very helpful. I don’t know if the incident had to be turned in but I think you hired a nice young man. He didn’t charge me for the ride, he was pretty upset but kept his cool throughout the incident. If you want my money from the ride I will send you a check, I don’t want the driver in trouble.

Bus doesn’t always come or doesn’t do full route. Leaves people stranded. Can’t get to other stops.
Very helpful app
This was really helpful when I was trying to navigate my way around a new city in a different part of the world in a pandemic. I do hope the team enriches the app with a smoother UI and perhaps take references from apps like CityMapper. That refinement in the app will also make the Port Authority feel more connected with its passengers and trusted members of the society.

Bus service
Port Authority of Allegheny County bus service is currently VERY scary. Passengers are now no longer required to wear a mask, and many do not. Neither do they honor social distancing guidelines. Although the drivers do wear masks, they don’t remind passengers about distancing, and the buses can get pretty crowded.
Another problem that has been happening is the buses being taken out of service. I am not sure if this means that buses are breaking down because there are fewer mechanics, or if drivers are calling off. You may say that it’s not a problem now because so many people are not working, but there are still appointments folks need to get to: doctor and hospital, tax, and job interviews. Honestly, I can even overlook problems with on-time scheduling if the bus shows up.

Buggy and not reliable
Some lines/routes (like BLSH) have no option for inbound/outbound. I cannot use the app at all for these lines.

Incredibley useful, but very annoying
This app is incredibly useful and accurate, when it’s working. The constant ads are also annoying, but I understand the need for them.

Ads can obstruct use
The little game ads that load and have hard-to-find close buttons are not my favorite thing. This seems to happen often, including when I’m trying to catch a bus. Work on smoother and less obstructive ad integration.
Worst app ever.
Wow. This app is pathetic anddoesnt have all the stops listed.
Not good
The app does not provide accurate times, perpetually asks for a rating, then immediately hits hits you with an ad prior to allowing you to interact with the counterintuitive clunky interface.

The rout tracker is quite accurate
Perfect! Well...almost.
It’s great when the transmitter on the bus is working. But if it’s not, PAT will just tell you the bus is broken down! Good but not fool-proof.
Route selection doesn’t work
App does not let you select from the drop down list. Typing in a selection isn’t accepted either. Deleted the app from my phone.
