I can’t order anything bc it states that my phone number has already been used. I have had the same phone number since 1995. I can’t go anywhere to have someone help.
Needs Flexibility
I wish you could put in coupons codes , I received an coupon in the mail and was unable to use it.
You can not order a 1/2 and 1/2 what do I mean, I like tomatoes but my wife does not, she likes pepperonicini I don’t, we like ordering a 2 foot and share it, but you can not order 1/2 of something on one side and 1/2 of something on the other side on this app.

Useless
This app is useless, no discounts except for rewards but you need to buy a an item at the overpriced. There others apps that give you discounts on the menu items. Just taken space on my phone, I’ll be deleting this app very soon if I don't see any changes.
Terrible
The original app wasn’t good either but at least it let me log in. I have a rewards account but it will not allow me to access it. I’ve uninstalled it until it’s fixed
Amazing staff
I always get greeted with a smile . The staff is always friendly and make an amazing sandwich. I love their breads they feature monthly
Best subs
We love port Of sub because they are the best tasting subs in town and the people that work there are always up beat and welcoming.
Good restaurant, poor app
I purchased to avoid waiting in line. Unfortunately the rewards are a limited time only and don’t let you make mobile orders with the rewards points. The window of time is comically small too. It’s obvious some well off executive implemented this so that he could mooch off more from the consumer while touting his reward program. If you want to make mobile orders, go ahead and get it, but it’s rewards are very disappointing
