Sucks

Tried to message my doctor. Couldn’t because once again Login refused to function. Tried on 4 devices on both the app and website. Their help phone number says not in despite it being well within their stated business hours and they are not responding to emails in a timely manner. Stuck using this because this is what my primary chose.

Null portal error. App does not work!

This app is a disaster. You can’t even right a simple email to the provider. All the messages are a null error. I would give the app a 5-zits-award. Might as well put this puppy out of its misery! 🧨💣🧨💣🧨💥💥💥

Deserves ZERO STARS!

Great when it works…unfortunately it experiences too many glitches….often!

NOT user friendly

This app appears to be for improved communication between patient and provider. However, it is nothing but a headache!
You cannot upload files. The only option you are given is to upload from photo library or camera.
Wish my doctor would change this service to something more efficient.

Terrible

This app is useless unless you are using a desktop. It simply doesn’t work. I wouldn’t even give it one star. Garbage

No sign up

How is one suppose to sign up if there isn’t a place for it just a username n log in? It makes no sense . Please make it much friendlier access like MyChart where you don’t need an activation code , cancel n reshedule and leave a message to a physician . I just looked online , why would there be a fee for looking into your own chart ?. That is insane . Please fix everything to make more sense .

Not user friendly

This appt is not user friendly. You cannot make appointments nor reply to a message. To access another family member, you have to log out and sign back in. You can only use a computer to log in on the website-you cannot use a mobile device to log in. It’s very frustrating since we live with mobile devices and do not carry laptops or desktops with us. Please get this fixed.

User-non-friendly

This app is called Portal Connect but since it links to Hello Health, my password cannot be saved for the app. I have to manually access the password on my phone or type it in every time.
It doesn’t notify me in the phone about messages, only via email.
It doesn’t remind me of appointments or allow me to add them to my calendar.
It simply wasn’t working. Needed an update, but didn’t have the simple courtesy to tell me so (every other app does).
AND has the audacity to charge me $200 annually to keep in touch with my doctor. She chose this app, and doesn’t have the bandwidth to change it. Such a shame they are ripping off patients and doctors.
Use some of that money to make the app work well, please.

Absolute garbage

The iOS app won’t allow me to login to my account and I need to revert to the website on Safari. Tech support can’t help past telling me to reinstall the app. Don’t bother proving an “app” that doesn’t even log in. Even when it used to work, it was clunky and hard to use. Absolute amateur hour. I wish my doctor didn’t insist on using this garbage.

Very difficult to Navigate

This is undoubtedly one of the most difficult, clunky apps I have used (and have to) in a long time. If it were my business I would definitely be looking at other options for my clients ASAP.

The worst web site ever!

This has to be the worst software I have ever used. It is slow, announcements are jumbled or nonexistent. Got to talk to three different programmers and none of them could speak English. Told me they had no app to down load. Doctors office had a bit of information but I had to search in App Store to find their app. As you can see on the many one star reviews this is a cheep knockoff of a real physician practice software program.

In need of serious upgrade

This app is required by my doctor’s office. If it were not, I would dump it from my device. It is, simply put, garbage. Slow to open. Crashes in the middle of reading messages. Archive is useless and also crashes. It’s a mess. Clearly no one cares or else it would change. Not sure who the app developers are, but maybe get some training on how to build and maintain an app.

Just downloaded this app today and happy with it so far. No crashes or issues logging in. Appears to run like other medical portals. I noticed that many of the reviews for this app are older, especially the bad ones- so I’m assuming the issues experienced by others have now been fixed. It would be nice if I could update my own profile page and add my own picture as this data would not comprise the current terrify of the medical data being entered by my doctor.

Horrible app and terrible app support

Title says it all. The app is doesn’t work most of the time and NEVER works on Safari. App “support” is useless.

Can’t open the new version of Portal Connect

I’ve tried numerous times to download your new version of the Portal Connect app. I have an iPhone 7, and after pressing OPEN and re-entering my password, I am always returned to the App Store to start the process all over again.

Very helpful

I’m so glad to have this service. I can see all my child’s records in one place and it’s extremely helpful to be able to send messages to her doctor when it’s a non-urgent issue. The people complaining about the app probably just have terrible doctors - it isn’t the app’s fault if your doctor doesn’t use it properly.

Needs work

Good idea but fails to do much, only good at updating appts and emails. Test results never appear when they should.

Issues need addressed!

Cannot open labs or attachment from provider via app. The app is pretty much only good for messages. If you have a family plan you cannot switch between family members without logging out.

Inferior service

This "service" is supposed to connect patient with your Doctor's office. It was definitely not the case in my experience as response time and ability to keep test results and records were poor, at best.
Definitely not worth the money.

Doesn't work

Doesn't even let me log in. Says "verify you have entered the correct username and password and try again". I tried several times and I know my username & password are correct because I can get in online. So this app is useless. One star is generous.
