I’ve given this one star because you cannot write a review without it!!! Hard to navigate. Fast not automatic you have to set it!! Was looking for a cholesterol lowering diet app and this came up!! I do t know who writes these apps but I am fed up paying for an app that does not deliver. I can get these recipes online. This app offers nothing remarkable. I am trying to get a refund!!!

Adding ingredients to the grocery list does not work. List is empty.

Limited access
Only 3 free recipes per meal. Those ones weren’t anything special whereby I felt the need to pay to see more. Sorry this might be useful for someone else but I am not keeping the app on my device.
Very few free recipes - this is a paid app!
Expensive subscription for what it is; only a handful of recipes are free. Links for “delete account” and “leave a review” do not work…

The unlocked recipes seem really useful. A brief description about the recipe also helps to understand how it aligns with the Portfolio diet. Not sure though how many recipes are available once in-app purchase made? There doesn’t appear to be many recipes available, not sure if it’s worth the in-app purchase?
