Do better Portia

This app works like a free app that someone’s relative works on on the weekends. They sent me an email touting new features when they have done little to fix or improve upon the current state of the app. I and many other RBTs have lost data due to freezing, crashing, and not syncing. There is no obvious feedback button so how do they know what their users want? There is also no way to submit crash reports. I recommend trying to get your app ratings up before adding things people probably don’t want. They have made no effort to reach out to their users for improvements. Please do better Portia.

terrible programming.

occasionally I will get kicked out of a session with a client and I am unable can’t resume it. then I have to start a whole new session and all my data is lost from the first part of the session. I 100% do not recommend this service for data recording. Look else where before you use this company.
