Unable to log in on the App. Customer support non existent.

I having not gone onto the app for sometime, I found I could not log in despite supplying the correct credentials. I had to reset details via the website. Very frustrating.
Latest update??
Cannot believe the most recent app update is over a year ago. No wonder app keeps logging you off and keeps crushing. Very useless app.

Isn’t it possible to give a zero?! Totally useless. I entered my CORRECT details and it says it’s Unknown/incorrect details.
