App issues
If the app maker looks at this could you please fix the selection settings. If you choose the enchiladas and want two of the same enchiladas, like two beef or two cheese, the app won’t let you make that selection. Then it won’t move on until you make another selection for another type of enchilada. Well a lot of people don’t want two different flavors. So then I end up having to call and order instead of just online ordering. Really, what is the point of the app if I just have to call anyway? Please fix. I’m an introvert who hates talking to people.

This is the most confusing and useless app I’ve used, seems like anything you click on you then have to re log in and it takes you to a website that is just as confusing to navigate. Whoever developed this app clearly never tried to use it or Posados just hired the cheapest app developers and it shows. To earn “points” you have to let the server take your phone to the back or save a card in your profile but there is no clear way of doing any of that. It chose my Posados location for me ( which is an hour away from the closest one to me) and there is no way to change that so there is no way for me to order anything from the app.
