Stupid UI design
What a stupid app design. The buttons are near the very top of my 17 pro max so I cannot click on the buttons at all.
Worst log in issue
Worst app on iOS you can’t log into the app but in android it works perfectly so they should fix this bug bug for 4 iOS operating system

Love how easily you can get information about your package.simple but also very useful app. Great layout also!!!
Doesn’t support newer phones.
No upgrade in years. Doesn’t support newer screen sizes. Buttons don’t work. Useless.

Started receiving emails saying my account was compromised and emails pretending to be DHL wanting to cancel my order.

Looks good from the preview but it seems the developers are more interested in selling cheap clothes on the app instead of being dedicated to designing a good parcel tracker. They then want you to pay yearly for it. No Good.

Ive downloaded several post tracking apps and compared them. This app had only 1 benefit - it interrogates both the outbound and inbound postal companies so you can see it hand-over internationally. That feature was OK but unfortunately this wasn’t enough to save it.
Negatives are, very cluttered and confusing main screen when several items are tracked. UI is quite clunky and some areas that look like buttons don’t do anything.
Main reason for deletion was everybody’s favourite thing to hate FULL SCREEN ADS.
The ads are supposed to count down from 5, but they never counted so I was always forced to close the app and try again. Very poor effort IMO.

Hi Shanehane I am very disappointed that you have problems with advertising, but this is a free application and as a developer, I must recoup my costs for developing and maintaining the application. In the new version of the application, I added a subscription to use the application without ads, I think this function will suit you. Good Luck

Реклама не убираемая, сразу, даже не успел посмотреть статус посылки.
Ужасно, реклама сразу на весь экран, закрыть ее можно только переходом по рекламной ссылке.
