About
Make a postcard the way you would make a real one.
Start from a card that already looks like one, or from a photo of your own.
Either way you land on the same canvas: drag the photo, pinch it, turn it — right
on the card, with your finger. There is no form to fill in and no preview that
lies: what you see on screen is exactly what comes out at 6 × 4 inches, 300 dpi.
Turn it over and the back is yours. Write by hand with a pencil or a pen, choose
a paper, pick a stamp from twenty-four countries, and let the postmark do what a
postmark does: it reads the date and place out of the photo itself, so a picture
taken in Kraków last August is franked KRAKÓW · AUG 2025.
Then send it. Save a real print for the photo lab, share the images, or send a
link that opens as a postcard — envelope, flip and all — for someone with no app
at all. Everything you send is kept together in the shoebox, along with
everything you receive.
WHAT MAKES IT A POSTCARD, NOT A COLLAGE
• Direct manipulation — the card is the canvas, not a stack of text fields
• Cards to start from, and every piece of one is an ordinary layer you can move
• Real handwriting with Apple Pencil or a finger
• Postmarks resolved from the photo's own date and coordinates
• Stamps from twenty-four countries, set the way each country prints its name
• Stickers cut out of your own photos, not an emoji grid
• Uncoated papers, deckled and perforated edges, letterpress ink
• True 300 dpi export and a print-shop PDF with bleed
FREE
The whole editor. Every gesture, handwriting, the postmark, every stamp, the
shoebox, and three links a month. Nothing about making a card is behind a
paywall.
POSTCARDS PRO
300 dpi prints with no imprint, the print-shop PDF, subject cut-outs, postmarks
from the photo's location, every paper, frame, sticker, hand and ink, and
unlimited links that last a year.
PRIVACY
A card you send is stored as two flat images. The message, the handwriting and
the names are printed into those images before they leave your phone, so nothing
you write is ever transmitted as text. There are no accounts. You can take a card
back at any time, and every card expires on its own.
