I have been locked out of my OTP of this app and have written numerous times with no resolution or even acknowledgement of the problem Have you now become criminals who steal from your customers?

I paid for a yearly discounted subscription for this app. And got absolutely nothing. If I manage to design a graphic it has their logo in the corner. And I cannot save anything at all - I just get a screen telling me to subscribe. In my opinion, this is theft.

Preliminary review
So far so good. Operation is a little less exact than the Adobe Express I’ve been using for the past couple of years but workable. The Adobe app updated beyond my usable iOS and left me unable to access my projects. I couldn’t afford to buy a newer device so I searched the App Store and decided to try your app. Although it’s not perfect I was able to maneuver the app enough to quickly recreate my lost project. The yearly subscription was reasonable so I went for it. If you later update beyond the iOS 16.7’ please continue to support this version so I and users like me won’t be left behind. Thanks
Update: after using this app for a while, I have become VERY disappointed. The app crashes within a minute every time it’s used. Even after downloading an available update, the problem persists. Don’t bother with this app. Keep looking for another one.
