Definitely, listen to your body with any new exercise. If a new exercise gives you pain, listen to your body & try a different exercise. Maybe revisit the painful exercise with a modifications in 2-3 weeks. This most applies to people with pre-existing back conditions, but also could be applicable to persons revisiting movement.
The app has you rate your pain levels in lower, mid and cervical/ upper back.💡
I’d recommend this app for anyone looking to improve posture & all areas of the spine. 🏆We’ve become a sitting society & this app looks to motivate & encourage mindful movement.🏆
