Hi! Thank you for your feedback. The app lets you set Start and Finish times to define your active hours — so you won’t receive notifications during the night or other silent periods. Please double-check that these times are set to match your preferred schedule. Notifications will be sent at your selected interval only during the hours between Start and Finish.
