Fantastic app

I have been suffering with lower back pain for a number of weeks and also I’ve been acutely aware that sitting at home for eight hours a day is not good for my posture. This app has helped me to realise new suppleness in my back and also helps to substantially reduce pain. I am one week in and loving it.

Beware of Postureletics

I would not recommend Postureletics.

The app itself was disappointing. The exercises were extremely basic, repetitive, and not worth the subscription price. I stopped using it after about a week because I saw no real benefit.

What made the experience worse was the billing practice. I initially paid a discounted price, then was automatically charged $38.95 for the next month without receiving a renewal reminder. Because the subscription was purchased through their website, it also did not appear under my Apple subscriptions.

I contacted support the same day I noticed the renewal charge and explained that I did not intend to continue using the service. They refused to refund it, even though the new billing period had just started.

Be very careful when signing up. Make sure you cancel immediately if you do not want to be charged the full monthly price. In my experience, the app provided very little value, and the company showed no flexibility when I requested a same-day refund.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear the program didn't meet your expectations. Our exercises are intentionally simple because they're based on posture therapy, where consistency and the right exercise selection matter more than complexity. Many users see improvements over several weeks, while others require longer depending on their condition. Regarding your subscription, we clearly display the renewal price and that it renews automatically before purchase. Since your subscription was purchased through our website rather than the App Store, it is managed separately and therefore doesn't appear in Apple's subscription settings. We're sorry we couldn't provide the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue improving both the app and the overall customer experience. — The Postureletics Team

My back is back!

I am with Postureletics for a year now. Thank you so much from both me and my back!🙏🏼💕👍👍👍I feel like a new person, also so disciplined with my daily exercise now.

Cowboys who only care about your money

I paid the reduced 1st month fee, never used it and forgot to cancel. So when the £38 payment was taken for the next month I instantly cancelled and contacted them advising I’ve not even set up the app and would like a refund. This company do not care about your wellbeing or posture issues, they simply care about taking your money and appear to have little morals. I’ve now paid ahead for a service I WILL NOT use.

2-day review

Logical flow from assessment to exercise therapy, with good user experience. Minimalistic design of exercises which make excuses to skip harder. Will update review after a few weeks, but so far, positive impressions and quick pain relief!

Super expensive!!!

Response from developer

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We understand that price is an important consideration. Our programs are personalized based on each user's posture assessment, and we continuously invest in improving both the technology and the exercise plans. If there's anything specific about your experience that you'd like to share, we'd be happy to hear it at support@postureletics.com. — The Postureletics Team

Onboarding

Only need to answer about 640 questions. Most are irrelevant when you’re sold camera tech does the analysis.

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback! We hear you. The questionnaire is intentionally detailed because it helps us create a personalized posture and pain-relief program rather than giving everyone the same exercises. That said, many questions are optional or only relevant depending on your situation, and we're continuously working to make the onboarding faster while keeping the recommendations accurate. We appreciate you giving Postureletics a try and hope the personalized plan proves worth the few extra minutes.

Feeling great

The exercises are easy to do from anywhere, very comprehensive and smooth working app. Feeling better already , very thankful for this

Genius Use of AI

This feels so smart and helpful. Absolutely love the body scan for my posture- I totally feel the misalignment now that it’s pointed out. And I could do it from home and not pay a ton of $ to a shady chiropractor. The exercises are doable, minimal equipment I already had and they actually make my back feel better! I am aware of my posture more now and that alone is worth it. This app is so smart and valuable!

It’s working!

I’ve done Chiro, PT, acupuncture, and even steroid injection…with so little improvement. I really thought PT (I went two 3 different ones!) would work, but it never really solved my pain fully. But using this app and the customized plans really seem to improve. It’s been really easy to follow and has given me the most progress toward being pain free so far!

Scammers

Posing as a one time payment. Never warn you that they will start charging for subscription. The content is not that great either

Response from developer

Postureletics is a subscription app. We offer monthly, quarterly and yearly plans, and all prices are shown clearly per billing period before purchase. The subscription names themselves are “Monthly Subscription”, “Quarterly Subscription” and “Annual Subscription”. We also reviewed our checkout flow again after reading your review, and nowhere in the app or on our website do we describe the purchase as a one-time payment. The word “subscription” is used throughout the entire signup process specifically to avoid confusion. At this point, we’re honestly not sure how we could communicate this more clearly than we already do. However, if you have constructive suggestions on how the wording or presentation could be improved further, please email us at support@postureletics.com — we are always open to feedback and improving the user experience.

Sadie

I have just started the alignment exercises. I have persistent pain/discomfort in my neck and lower back. After first day, my lower back was not in my mind whole day, because there were no pain. I am excited to see the final results.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for sharing this, Sadie! We’re really happy to hear that you already noticed relief in your lower back after just the first day. That’s exactly why consistency with the alignment exercises matters so much. Neck and lower back discomfort are very common patterns we see, and it’s encouraging that your body is already responding positively. Excited for you to continue the journey and see how much more progress you can make over the next weeks.

1st Day

Seems very good but only just started

Title: Predatory billing practices – avoid

I signed up for a discounted trial with Postureletics, intending to evaluate the service before committing. I cancelled my subscription immediately after the trial ended—literally within a very short window—and was still charged the full annual fee (~$100).

When I contacted support, they refused to issue a refund despite the timing and the fact that I had no intention of continuing. This feels less like a fair subscription model and more like a trap designed to catch people out on technicalities.

A company confident in its product wouldn’t need to rely on rigid, zero-flexibility policies to extract money from customers who clearly don’t want the service. The complete lack of goodwill or customer care here is disappointing.

Be very careful if you sign up—set multiple reminders and cancel well in advance, because if you miss the cutoff by even a small margin, you may be charged and have no recourse.

I’ll be raising this with my payment provider and consumer protection channels as well.

Doesn’t work

Can’t get any help to make it work even after reaching out via email and social media , ripped off a subscription for less than nothing

Good Exercises Sketchy Account Management and Support

I gave it a try for a month to see if the app worked for me. Overall the app is not bad, good interface and training exercises.

I didn’t want to renew, was planning on testing some more apps, and decide later.
I canceled the subscription and you guys keep trying to collect a payment for a renew one I do not wish for at the time. The site showed the message “The subscription will no longer be canceled and will be renew on January.” There is no option to delete my payment info from your site and when I go to your contact us email it shows Unsupported URL.

Find it all too sketchy… can’t trust this.

Response from developer

Hi — thank you for sharing this. I understand why this felt confusing, so I want to clarify what’s happening. All payments and renewals are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) for subscriptions done on our website. Very close to the renewal time, Stripe temporarily locks the charge window, which means cancellations are not always possible in the last couple of hours before renewal. That’s why we always recommend canceling a little in advance to avoid this edge case. If a renewal attempt fails but the subscription was not canceled, Stripe will also automatically retry the charge a few times while app access is not blocked for this grace period. This is done to allow users to continue using the app without interruption, even when there are payment issues or card has expired etc. That said, we can always manually stop future retries if you email us. If you reach out to support@postureletics.com (or replying to any of our emails), we’ll immediately turn off any further renewal attempts and make sure everything is resolved on your account. I’m sorry this caused frustration, and we’re happy to help get it sorted quickly.

Misleading

Bad customer service. Found it to be very misleading.

Response from developer

Hi Petrit — thank you for your feedback. We’ve already clarified this over email, but I want to reiterate it here for others as well. The app does track progress automatically — however, it can only do that when exercises are completed inside the app. If routines are done from memory without pressing Finish, the system has no way to register completed weeks, and features like the photo retake prompt won’t appear. I understand this felt frustrating, but this isn’t something customer support can override or manually trigger. The progress logic relies on in-app activity to stay accurate for every user. We appreciate you giving Postureletics a try and wish you the best on your posture journey. — Daniyar, Founder of Postureletics
