Camera not working
Camera hasn’t been working for about a month now on my iPad. It’s up to date on the app and the iPad iOS is up to date. The iPad is only a year and a half old. Fix this please.

O aplicativo é bom, porém diz que é pagamento único. Porém você pode utilizar por apenas 30 dias e depois os mesmo serviços são contados novamente e com valores absurdos.
$60 for what?!!!
I thought I was getting an actually fully functioning app for $60, not a 30 day trial with them a $25 a month free. Thats not how it was advertised at the time of my purchase.
Freeze and crash
Excited about the prospect of this app saving me loads of time. Started to create files for my clients and attempted to upload videos of their various screens but the app just freezes then crashes. I’m curious if I use the app to take video through with future assessments if it will work. Doesn’t help me now because I’m trying to input past client screens.

App stopped working
I love the app and since July of 2025 I’ve experienced the inability to conduct an assessment on my iPhone. I stopped paying for the app because of this issue. The issue started prior to July and became persistent in July. 9/30/25 decided to try it again as I have a client who would greatly benefit and the same issue remains.
