Super convenient and surprisingly seaml
Tried Potato for the first time and had a really great experience. You just text what you need in plain English, confirm it, and it gets handled. The whole process felt easy, personal, and super convenient. It already feels like a service I’d actually use again.

Great news: if you’re the customer, you get to be the real potato. potato did a stellar job (1) distilling my errand to a few stores that could achieve the task, (2) allowing me to respond/fine-tune the ultimate task before setting the runner out to do it, (3) communicating as the task was executed/finished then billing the total extremely efficiently with clear receipts/itemized breakdown of costs. I fear I’m going to potato many more things and that I will simply level up in life with all the free time it’s going to give me!!! 5/5 preferred this over most courier apps, the “it-factor” of potato is that they are simply listening the most intently👂 and letting you chill like a potato while they put in the hustle.
