Poor functioning app

I was super excited to start the app and I did all the steps but soon as I made the password and put the code to login it won’t even let me Continue to continue on with the app. It keeps taking me back after a glitch straight to entering the email all over again and making me login over and over I tried resetting the app and uninstalling and installing it just keeps resetting..
